Model run results cover the period of September 9, 2014 through September 29, 2014 and are based on the following assumptions:

Common Assumptions

1. CCFB Gates operate Priority 2 schedule for the entire forecast period.
2. The Delta Cross Channel gates were opened on June 13th.
3. The Old River at Tracy ag. barrier is installed with all flap gates tidally operating as of April 8.
4. The Grant Line Canal ag. barrier is fully installed with 2 culvert flap-gates tidally operated and 4 flap-gates tied open beginning on September 12.
5. The Middle River ag. barrier is installed with all flap-gates tidally operated as of April 8.  The barrier was raised 1 foot on June 26. 
6.  Suisun Marsh salinity control flashboards were installed and the three Suisun Marsh Salinity Control Gates began tidal operation on September 3.
7.  San Joaquin River flow at Vernalis decreases from 398 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period to 350 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
8. San Joaquin River EC at Vernalis is projected to increase from 406 umhos/cm at the beginning of the forecast period to 457 umhos/cm by the end of forecast period.

With Transfers (Base Case, A) Assumptions

9.  Sacramento River flow at Freeport is at 8,620 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and decreases to 8,533 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
10. CCFB intake is at 1490 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and 1ncreases to 1,500 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
11. Export at Jones Pumping Plant is at 660 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and increases to 1,650 cfs by the end of the forecast period.

Without Transfers (B) Assumptions

9.  Sacramento River flow at Freeport is at 8,620 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and decreases to 6,252 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
10. CCFB intake is at 1,490 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and decreases to 1,300 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
11. Export at Jones Pumping Plant is at 660 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and decreases to 250 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
