The Delta Cross Channel gates are open. 3. The Suisun Marsh Salinity Control gates are in tidal operation beginning September 8. 4. The Middle River ag. Barrier is closed and all the culvert flap-gates are in tidal operation. 5. The Old River at Tracy ag. barrier is closed and all the culvert flap-gates are in tidal operation. 6. The Grant Line Canal ag. barrier is closed and all the culvert flap-gates are in tidal operation. 7. San Joaquin River flow at Vernalis is at 626 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is estimated to decrease to 500 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 8. San Joaquin River EC at Vernalis is at 566 umhos/cm at the beginning of the forecast period and is estimated to increase to 618 umhos/cm at the end of the forecast period. 9. Sacramento River flow at Freeport is at 11740 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to decrease to 11450 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 10. CCFB inflow is at 542 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to increase to 700 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 11. Export at Jones Pumping Plant is at 2650 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to increase to 4300 cfs by the end forecast period.
