The model run results cover the period September 27 through October 17, and are based on the following assumptions: Common Assumptions 1.CCFB Gates are operating to Priority 1 throughout the forecast period. 2. The Delta Cross Channel gates are closed from 10 AM October 3, through 10 AM October 7, and open for the remainder of the forecast period. 3. Suisun Marsh Salinity Control flashboards are in, 2 gates are in tidal operation, and 1 gate remains closed for maintenance as of September 1. 4. The temporary False River drought barrier was closed on April 13. 5. The Middle River ag. barrier is closed with all the culvert flap-gates in tidal position. The barrier was raised 1 foot on June 27. 6. The Old River at Tracy ag. barrier is closed with all the culvert flap-gates in tidal position. 7. The Grant Line Canal ag. barrier is closed with all the culvert flap-gates in tidal position. 8. San Joaquin River flow at Vernalis is at 310 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is estimated to increase to 1540 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 9. San Joaquin River EC at Vernalis is at 231 umhos/cm at the beginning of the forecast period and is estimated to decrease to 126 umhos/cm by the end of the forecast period. 10. Sacramento River flow at Freeport is at 7828 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to decrease to 5950 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 11. CCFB inflow is at 463 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to increase to 500 cfs by the end of the forecast period. 12. Export at Jones Pumping Plant is at 2705 cfs at the beginning of the forecast period and is expected to decrease to 1800 cfs by the end of the forecast period.
